Rush
Rush: This character can challenge the turn they're played.
Normally a new character is drying and can't do anything. Rush lets it challenge straight away. It still can't quest until next turn.
In short: Skips the drying wait, but only for challenging. A Rush character still can't quest on the turn it arrives.
